The MistKing Starter Misting System - Version 4 is the latest 5th generation Ultimate Misting System, designed to cater to the needs of ZOOs, Botanical Gardens, Institutions, and Hobbyists around the world. This system comes equipped with a default ST-24 timer, but can also be controlled by a repeat cycle timer or a hygrostat.

The kit includes a 24V DC misting pump, a pump power adapter, a Value L misting assembly, a reservoir bulkhead with an o-ring and plug, 15 feet of 1/4" black opaque tubing, a new Digital Seconds Timer ST-24 with improved electronics, a reservoir filter, and 5 tubing clips with screws.

Engineered for improved reliability, the timers now have a 3-times higher electronics rating, better equipping them to handle power outages and the high inductive demand of MistKing pumps. This enhancement aims to reduce system failure rates and improve overall MistKing reliability.

The custom-designed reservoir bulkhead, exclusive to MistKing, features a durable metal thread that can be tightened with the required force without the risk of stripping. It has been tested to provide a perfect seal even without an o-ring, though the o-ring is still recommended for added security.

The MKP-125-50 starter pump is a 24VDC self-priming unit capable of producing up to 125 PSI of pressure. It can run continuously for hours, even when dry, and is virtually silent in operation. The pump comes with a 1.2Amp 24V AC/DC adapter and is equipped with 1/4" push-in fittings on both sides, as well as a mounting bracket. An optional ZipDrip feature helps reduce dripping from the nozzles after misting.
